Rooted Bliss Wellness was born from my own journey of navigating anxiety, stress, and the overwhelming pressure to “have it all together.” For years, I lived in a cycle of exhaustion, feeling like I was just going through the motions. But through yoga, Reiki, and deep self-inquiry, I discovered something powerful: the answers I was seeking weren’t outside of me. They were within me all along.

At Rooted Bliss Wellness, my mission is to help you reconnect with that deep inner knowing—the part of you that already holds the wisdom, clarity, and peace you’re searching for.
