Who is Rooted Bliss Wellness?

Greetings! I'm Stephanie Barnard, the face behind Rooted Bliss Wellness. My adventure with yoga began back in high school, but it wasn't until college that I truly embraced its power. It began as a place to unwind and let go of stress, but over time, it became so much more. Yoga became my compass, guiding me through life's ups and downs, both on and off the mat. Now, I'm thrilled to share this journey with others, helping them tap into the transformative power of yoga and Reiki. Let's embark on this path together!
