There was a time when I felt lost in a constant cycle of anxiety, exhaustion, and self-doubt. I often wondered if there was more to life than just feeling overwhelmed and stuck. Social media and the opinions of others only made it harder to connect with my true self and hear my inner voice.
Yoga and Reiki became my sanctuary—a way to quiet the noise and rediscover who I am beneath the stress and expectations. These practices helped me break free from the overwhelm, find clarity, and embrace a sense of peace I didn’t think was possible.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing this path with others, helping them reconnect with their inner selves and find calm, balance, and confidence.
